Corrente is a co-working and community art space in Lisbon, Portugal. They wanted a website to advertise their desk space rentals, and let people know about events happening at the space. Design is very important to the Corrente team, and I worked with another designer on this project and created additional  layouts myself where necessary.

This is an SEO optimised WordPress website with some cool custom features, scroll down to see more.

Because Corrente is seeking to reach both local Portuguese people, and the digital nomad community in Lisbon, the website needed to be multilingual. It is set up to be easy to add new copy in both languages on the backend, as well as being easy for users to switch between languages on the front end.

Custom back end and Events section

The team at Corrente need to be able to manage the website themselves. The beauty of WordPress is it allows the client to manage much of the content themselves. I created a custom back end Events feature so the team can quickly add new events content to their site, without having to worry about code or layout.

Custom Cursor

The team at Corrente were keen to add some flair to the site, and suggested a custom cursor. I created this spray paint effect cursor, which works really well with the Corrente brand.

Css animations

I added some css hover animations to create interesting movement on this simple homepage layout.
